RETURNS

All our products are shipped perfectly packaged and protected so they should arrive in optimal conditions. In the event that they detect any problem with the packaging such as blows or breaks upon receipt of the shipment, please state this circumstance in the acknowledgment of receipt of the transport agency. In the event that these circumstances are not recorded, the return will not be possible.

The return of any product included in our catalog will be accepted without any justification within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, according to current legislation, as long as the products are returned exactly as they were sent, with the packaging closed and in perfect condition. state. The return costs will be borne by the buyer and once we receive the returned merchandise we will proceed to return the money to the buyer after checking that all the products included are exactly in the original order.

HAMS AND SHOULDERS

All the hams and shoulders that you can buy in our online store are guaranteed. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

-Excessive amount of fat. For Iberian products, a fat percentage of 40-50% of the total weight is considered normal.

-Bad smell or taste once the product has started.

Once started, returns will not be accepted if the weight difference is more than 10% of the total initial weight.

For their correct return, they must keep the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason such as, healing point, salt point, personal taste appreciations, etc. If you have particular healing point preferences, please let us know in the order remarks.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Returns will be accepted in the rest of the products, as long as they give off a bad smell or have a bad general condition; Products that are not liked by the client due to image or aesthetics will not be accepted as returns.
