All the products that appear on this website are duly certified with a guarantee seal, labels and traceability granted by health. And by the corresponding regulatory council in the case of products with PDO.
Price: All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (10%) in Spain. In countries other than Spain, the VAT corresponding to each country will be applied. (included in the price)
All the products that are shown as "Available" (in stock) are ready for shipment, however if due to an error in the available stock we did not have the product purchased at jamonpasion.com, we will call you to let you know, being able to choose another model available or request a refund of the amount paid.
You can pay for the products with a credit / debit card or Paypal. All card payments are made through the RedSys secure payment gateway (Banco Sabadell). The accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
This website has all the security measures and data encryption to guarantee the privacy of your data and transactions.
SHIPPING
Orders will be dispatched the next working day after purchase in most cases. Some items such as the sliced or boned ham or shoulder service may require extra preparation time. If the item needs extra time to be shipped, this is always indicated on the product sheet.
All our products are shipped directly from the factory or drying room of the manufacturers so they are kept in the best possible environmental conditions. The products are shipped perfectly packed and protected so they should arrive in optimal conditions. In the event that you detect any problems with the packaging, such as knocks or breakages on receipt of the shipment, we ask you to note this circumstance on the transport agency's acknowledgement of receipt. If these circumstances are not stated, the return will not be possible.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted at no cost to the customer:
-Excessive curing or under curing:
If the piece presents excessive curing or in the opposite case, it has not been cured as it should, it will be collected and replaced by another piece, always after inspection and corroborated by the quality department of the corresponding manufacturer.
-Edible percentage of the piece:
It should be borne in mind that a yield, i.e. the usable part of a 100% Iberian ham and shoulder of 40% and 30%, respectively, of the total weight of the piece once the surface fat, impurities and bone have been removed, is considered completely normal.
In 50% Iberian hams and shoulders, the yield is slightly higher, with the ham at around 45% and the shoulder at 35% of the total weight of the pieces.
- Bad smell or taste once the product has been started.
Once started, returns will not be accepted if the difference in weight is more than 10% of the total initial weight of the hams and shoulders.
In all cases in which the products comply with any of the above characteristics, they must always be checked by the quality department of the corresponding manufacturer before proceeding with the payment or replacement of the product.
Products that are not to the customer's liking due to their image or aesthetics will not be accepted as returns.
In all cases, the product must be accompanied by the original labels and coloured flanges corresponding to the category of the ham or shoulder.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if the seal is missing or has been tampered with (flange or coloured label around the hoof).
Returns with cost for the customer:
The return of any product included in our catalogue will be accepted without any justification within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, according to current legislation, as long as the products are returned exactly as they were sent, with the packaging closed and in perfect condition. The return costs will be paid by the buyer and once we receive the returned goods we will proceed to refund the money to the buyer after verifying that all the products included are exactly the same as the original order.
For their correct return, the original packaging, wrapping and labels must be preserved. In the case of Iberian hams and shoulders, they must have the coloured flange corresponding to the category of the product around the hoof.
Returns will not be accepted for any other reason, such as curing point, salt content, personal taste appreciation, etc. If you have particular curing point preferences, please let us know in the order remarks.
Orders placed during the month of December may be delayed by transport companies due to the large volume of goods. In these cases, the return will not be justified and return costs will be applied.
In all cases, returns are only possible within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product.
