Authentic 50% Iberian acorn-fed ham shoulder cut by machine and vacuum-packed in 100-gram sachets. The pack consists of 6 envelopes inside a small box.

The Iberian shoulder is made from the front legs of Iberian pigs raised freely in the pasture and fed with acorns during the fattening season and with the wild grasses present in the field.

Both the ham and the sliced Iberian shoulder should always be kept in the refrigerator and removed 20 minutes before eating so that the meat releases all its aromatic, flavor and texture qualities.
