They spend their young taking advantage of the natural resources offered by the environment and natural pastures, which allows them an optimal weight gain in the pasture period. Their diet is supplemented with cereals and legumes.

The characteristics of Jamones Benito's Black Label Pork Shoulder are a golden fat on the outside and pinkish when it approaches the muscle. Intense flavor, great unctuousness and fat that melts on the palate.

When buying Benito Black Label jamon, keep in mind that the ideal temperature for consumption is around 22ºC, at which time the slice expresses its best aromatic and taste properties.
