The 50% Iberian Cebo Ham made by "Jamones de Juviles" has a minimum cure of 30 months in natural drying rooms located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, Granada.

A piece made from the crossing of 100% Iberian purebred pigs on the maternal side and 100% Duroc purebred pigs on the paternal side, which guarantees excellent quality and a characteristic marbling, giving the meat an excellent juiciness.

The pigs destined to obtain Iberico hams are fed with high quality cereals and legumes
