Conservation and tasting of the lot with ham
When you receive a Serrano Ham from Granada without preservatives, 100% natural, you must remove all the covers and paper used for transport. It is recommended to place it in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight and devices that emit heat.
Once the cut has started, it should be covered only by dropping a clean kitchen towel over it, without wrapping all the ham. Optionally, you can also spread the cut area with the ham's own fat, scraping the fat with the blunt part of a knife and spreading it, as if it were butter.
