The 50% Iberian acorn-fed ham "Aromas" is cured for a minimum of 36 months in natural drying rooms located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, Granada.

A piece made from the hind legs of purebred Iberian pigs, which guarantees excellent quality. The red bridle (plastic label that surrounds the hoof) certifies the racial purity, feeding and breeding of the Iberian pig from which this fantastic boneless acorn-fed Iberian ham comes.

The pigs destined for the production of acorn-fed hams are raised throughout their lives outdoors, traveling many kilometers daily in search of acorns and grazing fresh herbs from the fields in the pastures.

In the preparation of the ham, only sea salt is used, no type of additive or artificial preservative is added , therefore, the curing is slower, without accelerating the natural processes and regulating the temperature and humidity only by opening and manual closing of the drying room windows. It is a production process and 100% natural ingredients.

We send you the ham vacuum-packed in a protective atmosphere, directly from Sierra Nevada, so handling is minimal from the drying room to your home.

Conservation of boneless Spanish ham

Aromas boneless acorn-fed Iberian ham , once received at home, should be placed protected from sunlight and away from external heat sources so that it maintains the wonderful qualities of this high-quality product.

As it is a ham without bone and rind, once it is opened and the bag has lost its vacuum, it must be kept refrigerated at all times.
