Conservation of boneless ham.
When you receive the Acorn-fed 50% Iberian Ham Benito , you should preferably keep it refrigerated and wrapped in plastic wrap once it has been removed from the vacuum bag and remove it from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption. You can also cut it cold and leave the slices at room temperature before tasting them so that they express all their qualities. However, if you do not remove it from the airtight bag, it is not necessary to store the boneless Iberian ham in the refrigerator, it is enough to keep it in a dark place, away from heat sources.
