The ecological certification carries behind a great and demanding task, with the sole purpose that the pig lives in very high welfare conditions , as it should be; both in food, space, density of copies, accommodation. Everything that surrounds them is adapted for their greater well-being, and logically, they are free of preservatives, nitrites or any type of additive.

The Casa Conejos Ecological Ham is obtained from pigs raised in an ecological environment, in the open air and fed with organic fodder. All this translates into a product of high biological and healthy value .

The pig breeds from which these legs are made are Duroc and Landrace , with which we are assured a good fat infiltration in the ham, giving it an unmistakable unctuousness, texture and flavor.
