Stretch on a kitchen mat 2 slices of the Serrano ham from the Alpujarra of Granada, in such a way that they overlap each other.

We put a little rice and spread it over the slices without covering them whole.

We remove the peel from the melon slice, and cut it into strips.

We place two or three melon strips on the rice.

We press so that it is well compact and the roll does not fall apart.

We remove the mat and cut into pieces.
