The Iberico pata negra shoulder "Aromas" is cured for a minimum of 24 months in natural dryers located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, in the heart of the Alpujarras of Granada.
A piece made from 100% purebred Iberian pigs, which guarantees excellent quality and a characteristic marbling, giving the meat an excellent aroma, smell and texture.
The pigs destined to obtain 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulders from the Alpujarra , are raised in freedom in the pasture of the Valle de Los Pedrcohes and fed with acorns and native wild herbs during the montanera season, from October to March.
