A piece made from 100% Iberian pigs on the maternal and paternal sides, which guarantees excellent quality and a characteristic marbling, giving the meat an excellent aroma, smell and texture.

The pigs destined to obtain Spanish ham 100% paleta iberica de bellota from juviles are raised in freedom in the best pastures of Spain and fed with acorns and native wild herbs during the montanera stage.
