Its traditional curing process and exclusive acorn diet during montanera produce a uniquely flavorful, juicy ham. Curing ranges from 36 to 48 months, depending on weight.

Each Iberian ham is meticulously selected based on strict quality criteria, genetic purity, and optimal curing. By choosing this boneless format, your ham is freshly deboned at the moment of your order. Each piece is cleaned, deboned, and vacuum-packed under a protective atmosphere, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor retention.
