Majada Pedroche Iberian sausages are made with 100% Iberian purebred pig meat and fed with acorns and wild grasses naturally present in the field. Sausages of the highest quality with a natural curing process for a minimum period of 4 months.
A product with an incomparable smell and texture. The intramuscular fat of the Iberian pig provides a softness to the meat that makes it melt in the mouth.
In the online Spanish cured sausages store we send the Iberian batch directly from the factory in the Los Pedroches region, specifically in Villanueva de Córdoba, at no additional cost. All the pieces are vacuum packed and with their corresponding label.
The casings for stuffing the sausages are all natural for their better conservation.
