This traditional company has facilities in Guijuelo (Salamanca) and Castaño de Robledo (Huelva), located in the Aracena Natural Park, producing products of exceptional quality.

The Iberian ham from Benito is distinguished by its golden fat on the outside and a pinkish hue near the muscle. Its taste is smooth, sweet, and delicate.

The lomo and chorizo, also from free-range pigs fed on acorns, are characterised by their juiciness and marbled fat. The pieces weigh 700g and 1kg, respectively.

Conservation and Enjoyment of 100% Iberian Ham

When you buy this gourmet set that includes the Benito Iberian Pata Negra Ham, it is recommended to cover the cut with the white fat to minimise drying. Use proper, well-sharpened knives to avoid damaging the delicate meat and fully enjoy its properties.

The ideal temperature to enjoy this exquisite acorn-fed ham is around 22°C, the point at which each slice expresses its best aromatic and flavour qualities.
