The 100% Iberian Bellota Hams "Jamón Pasión" come from 100% Iberian breed pigs, both the father and the mother being purebred, raised in freedom throughout their life stage, with several hectares of countryside at their disposal, covering several kilometers daily to collect food based on acorns and natural grasses present in the pasture of the Valle de los Pedroches, in Villanueva de Córdoba.

They belong to the Protected Designation of Origin PDO Los Pedroches, European regulations with a differentiated quality seal, reserved for certain products that meet a series of requirements of the highest quality and that guarantees that all processes, both breeding, feeding and processing have been carried out in the Los Pedroches Valley.

All these characteristics confer and guarantee a Gourmet product that is expressed in tasty and aromatic meat, a fat that melts in the mouth and nuances of acorns and wild grasses characteristic of its diet.

Conservation of sliced Los Pedroches ham
