The 50% Iberico Cebo de Campo ham "JamonRey" comes from pigs raised in freedom in the pastures of the Sierra de Huelva and fed on wild herbs, cereals and legumes. Although it is not their basic diet, they can also have acorns. Ham of a very high quality +24 months of maturation.

The Spanish Cebo Campo iberico Ham "JamonRey" has an average curing time of 24 months. Made with 50% Iberian Breed Pigs, one being a 100% Iberian purebred and the other a 100% Duroc white pig.

These pieces from free-range pigs are characterized by having a good balance between lean and fat meat, which gives us a piece of powerful flavor and generous unctuousness.
