This fantastic Gourmet batch, made from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pig meat, is traditionally made in one of the areas of Spain with the most tradition in the production of Iberian hams and sausages, the north of Córdiba, where it is located. the pasture of the Valley of Los Pedroches.

The 100% Iberian acorn-fed sausages are the most exquisite and the highest quality that can be tasted, characterized by their enormous flavor, aroma and texture. The infiltrated fat present in these meats gives the sausage an exceptional juiciness, melting in the mouth.

The Iberian sausages from Jamón Pasión come from pigs fed on the fruits of the oak and cork oak and wild grasses naturally present in the countryside. Sausages of the highest quality with a natural curing process for a period of between 60-90 days, depending on the size of the pieces.

In the online store of Iberian sausages we send you the Iberian batch at no additional cost directly from the factory located in the Los Pedroches Valley, specifically in Villanueva de Córdoba. All sachets come vacuum packed with a weight of 100 grams of product each and with their corresponding label.

The casings for stuffing the sausages are all natural for better conservation.

The production of Hams and Sausages from the Jamón Pasión brand is done through natural and artisanal processes. From the raising of the Iberian pig, its feeding and the subsequent preparation of the 100% Iberian hams, shoulders and, of course, the Salchichón, Chorizo and acorn-fed loin, it is made in the same area of northern Andalusia.
