A family business with more than 70 years dedicated to the production of 100% natural Serrano hams, has gone one step further, committing to the environment and to the raising and feeding of pigs in a 100% natural environment.

Animals born and raised in fields with organic certification, as well as the cereals in their diet, are covered under the organic farming label. The subsequent production of Duroc ham has occurred in equally ecological drying rooms.

The result is a ham without preservatives or artificial additives, delicious and full of nutrients. They remain in the producer's factory with the ideal temperature and humidity and are boned right at the moment you buy it to keep all its wonderful qualities intact.

In the production of all Bio Baza organic spanish hams, only sea salt is used and it is matured for a minimum period of 18 months in natural drying rooms in a cool environment such as the Sierra de Baza Natural Park.

As it is a Duroc ham, its meat will be juicier, since this breed of white pigs has the peculiarity of infiltrating fat intramuscularly.

In order to cut thin slices of boneless ham, it is highly recommended to use a sausage cutting machine.

Conservation of boneless Organic Ham

Any ham must have minimal care at home so that it maintains its wonderful characteristics for as long as possible. In this case, since it is a boneless ham, maintenance is different.

It is essential that as soon as you receive the vacuum-packed non additives serrano ham, you keep it refrigerated. You must remove it from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption so that the boneless ham meat reaches its ideal temperature and expresses all its aroma and flavor.

Once you have started the organic cured ham and it has lost the vacuum, wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out. The preferred consumption date is long, approximately 6 months. Therefore, by maintaining the serrano ham properly, you should not have the biggest problem.
