The 50% Cebo de campo iberico jamon produced by "Jamones de Juviles" is cured for a minimum of 36 months in natural dryers located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, Granada.

A piece made from the crossing of 100% Iberian pigs on the mother's side and 100% Duroc pigs on the father's side, which guarantees excellent quality and characteristic marbling, giving the meat excellent juiciness.
