"Jamón Pasión" offers you the PDO Los Pedroches iberico ham shoulder, the loin shank and the sausages obtained from 100% Iberian pigs raised in freedom and fed with acorns during the fattening season, the montanera.

Made in Villanueva de Córdoba, a town located in the Valle de Los Pedroches where the pieces are cured in the traditional way, resulting in 100% Iberian pork products of the highest quality.

The characteristics of the 100% Iberian acorn-fed pata negra shoulder ham Jamon Pasión, with the PDO differentiated quality seal. Los Pedroches are a golden fat on the outside and pinkish when approaching the muscle. With an intense flavor and the characteristic marbling of the infiltrated fat of purebred Iberian pigs.

Iberian pork loin of 550-600 gr. It is made with the best fresh loin from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork, selected spices and careful curing. Pinkish in color and with the marbling of fat characteristic of acorn-fed Iberian sausages from the north of Córdoba, in the "Valle de Los Pedroches".
