Iberico Pork Shoulder "JamonRey".

This Spanish Ham is made from iberico porks raised in total freedom in the pastures of La Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche (Huelva), a climatology of mountain exceptional results in products of a very high quality.

The Selección Reserva Iberico Ham, are obtained from the mixed Porks, being one of the members, usually the mother, 100% pure iberico pork breed and the other, white Duroc one. This is characterized by its flesh reddish, and streaked with infiltrated fat which gives it a smoothness outstanding and intense flavor.
