A piece made from the crossing of 100% Iberian pigs on the mother's side and 100% Duroc pigs on the father's side, which guarantees excellent quality and a characteristic marbling, giving the meat excellent juiciness.
The pigs destined to obtain paletilla iberico de bellota are fed during the montanera season, which runs from October to March, with the natural resources provided by the dehesa: acorns, herbs and wild fruits and are reared in total freedom throughout their life stage.
