Selten hat mich ein Paleta so sehr überzeugt wie dieser. Die Fettverteilung war so perfekt, dass kaum etwas weg geschnitten werden musste. In der Vergangenheit hatte ich schon diverse Schinken bei denen gefühlt die Hälfte in die Tonne gewandert ist, hier ist das definitiv nicht so. Inzwischen haben sowieso die natürlichen Schinken aus der Sierra Nevada mein Herz erobert. Geschmacklich war es auch genau das, was ich erwartet hatte. Daumen hoch dafür. Ich persönlich bevorzuge sogar die Cebo de Campo und 50% Iberico Schinken, da diese saftiger sind als 100% Iberico Schinken.
