This 50% Iberian acorn-fed ham is the result of a careful selection of pigs raised in freedom and made in a natural way; just Iberian pork ham , salt and the characteristic climate of the fields of the north of Córdoba.

Characteristics of Acorn-fed Iberian Ham.

As it comes from the crossing of 100% Iberian pigs with 100% Duroc pigs, it gives the meat a greater mellowness, with a higher percentage of intramuscular fat infiltration.

Conservation and tasting of Iberian ham.
