The 100% Iberian pata negra ham made by "Jamones de Juviles" has a minimum curing of 36 months in natural drying rooms located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, Granada.

A piece made from pure breed Iberian pigs, both the father and mother being 100% Iberian, which guarantees excellent quality, giving the meat an excellent aroma, smell and texture.

The pigs destined to obtain 100% ECOLOGICAL Iberian acorn-fed hams are raised free-range in the best pastures in Spain and fed with acorns and native wild herbs during the montanera stage that extends from October to March.

The entire process, from the raising of the pig to the subsequent production of the ham, has been carried out in a certified ecological environment: Food, natural environment, processing rooms, etc.

Conservation of Organic Ham "Jamones de Juviles"

Like any leg of Iberian ham, it must be properly preserved so that its incredible characteristics are not altered. It is very simple, you just have to keep the organic ham away from direct sunlight and external heat sources such as radiators or stoves. When you receive it at home, remove all packaging and just drop a clean kitchen towel on top. Once started, you can also cover the cutting part with plastic wrap which should be changed periodically.
