ibamos con un poco de miedo porque siempre compramos jamones serranos normales pero en un restaurante pedios bellota y alucinamos con el sabor. Lepreguntamos al camarero nos asesoro un poco nos dijo que los bellota suelen salir con muchas grasa, ibamos un poco con miedo por si nos salia demasiada grasa pero la verdad es que la grasa que nos ha salido no lo veo nada exagerado. No nos podemos permitir comprar un bellota a la semana (en mi casa nos ventilamos mas de una paleta mensual) pero su pidieramos la comprabamos sin dudar.. iremos alternando entre las bellota y las serranas para economizar un poco en casa
